Sunday Shoot at Baker Beach

We recently had a fun Sunday shoot in Baker Beach. The plan was to create fun summer lifestyle images at the beach. The weather in San Francisco is always a fickle beast, but it gave us decent weather to work with (a little foggy, but we weren’t complaining).

We began the day in the parking lot. While the photo crew went scouting for the best locations, the wardrobe stylist, Anne Kunisaki, and makeup stylist, Olga Pirmatova, went to work on prepping the models.

As always, Anne did a great job with the wardrobe styling.  She brought multiple outfits and props that worked with the summer beach vibe we wanted. Olga also did an outstanding job. Our models looked flawless!

And of course, big thanks to our producer, Lisa Vortman, for coordinating the shoot!

My favorite part of the day was taking the last photo. I wanted to shoot the front of the blue convertible in action. It was a bit risky since I had to rig my car and keep the backdoor open while my car was moving. Happy to say no equipment was damaged in the process. :-)

All around awesome Sunday shoot. I'm happy to add this to my lifestyle work.
