Firebrand Bakery
Victor Hugo wrote in a poem "Demain, dès l'aube, à l'heure où blanchit la campagne,
Je partirai..." so did we.
Not the poem. But waking up way early, long before the sun was rising we headed on location for a shoot at Firebrand Artisan Breads bakery in Oakland. The moment we walked through the doors the aroma of fresh baked bread was in the air. My crew and I enjoyed getting to know bread maker Matt & pastry chef Colleen during our photo shoot. These two honest animals have a passion for their craft and a love for well made eatable happiness. Thanks to producer Lisa and the rest of the team, I was able to capture some cool portraits of two kind hearted badass.
