Editorial Shoot at SmokeStack for Draft Magazine
You will walk into SmokeStack and gasp at how stunning it is; the textured walls, lighting and mid 20th century feel were specially designed to portray a complimentary atmosphere to their unique beer and BBQ. This made for a perfect shooting location, and an interesting story to document. I enjoyed photographing Chef Dennis Lee and Owner Dave McLean and am excited to follow the success of their hard work.Dave McLean’s second act with Smokestack has been coined a new "grain-to-glass, farm-to-table barbecue" joint.
