My dad's hands selected by Feature Shoot
This is a family story. After the post about my mom's snail facials last week, my dad's hands today! This picture was selected by Feature Shoot for their Life on the Farm group show. It's an honor and a pleasure to get this image out there. My old man will be thrilled.I took this shot during a summer visit in Auvergne (that's the region I am from in France) last year. This key is the rel deal: it opens an underground cellar behind our family home where he stores his potatoes and onions for the winter. My dad grows all his veggies in his garden, at the forest edge. Quite a trip as you might tell by his hands.Oh, and that's his dog, Melly, a Fox Terrier that follows him everywhere, even on the tractor.
